CBP® (Chiropractic BioPhysics®) is a highly specialized, research-backed form of spinal rehabilitation and one of the most studied in health care. CBP® providers deliver precise, measurable correction, focusing on postural and spinal alignment while combining principles of biology, physiology, physics, geometry, and anatomy to identify the root causes of pain, discomfort, and loss of mobility.
At Primary Spine Institute, we go beyond symptom relief, providing individualized CBP® care designed to restore alignment, improve function, and support long-term health.
-
Traction is a specialized form of spinal remodeling that applies controlled force in the opposite direction of misalignments, gently stretching and realigning the spine. By gradually increasing both the duration and angle of traction, we create controlled changes in ligaments and spinal structures, promoting lasting alignment, improved posture, and overall spinal health.
