what to expect on your first visit
A comprehensive 90-minute consultation designed to assess your current state of health and lay the foundation for your corrective care journey.
Corrective Care
Every visit is structured around our EAT Protocol: Exercise, Adjustments and Traction.
Targeted rehabilitation retrains your brain and muscles to support corrected posture. Posture-specific adjustments restore alignment, while mechanical traction remodels spinal curves and ligament integrity.
Corrective care is progressive - focused not on temporary relief, but on restoring structure, function, and long term resilience.
Re-Analysis
Halfway through our tailored plan, we perform a comprehensive re-evaluation. By comparing your initial and current findings, we track progress, fine-tune your traction setup, adjust intensity if needed, and guide the second half of your care.
At the completion of your corrective phase, we perform a final evaluation to review structural improvements, functional progress, symptom changes, and long-term recommendations, ensuring your results are measurable and sustainable.
Report Of Findings
During the initial assessment, Dr. Levet will review your findings with you and present a personalized care plan tailored to your needs. This plan will include the recommended frequency of sessions, targeted exercises, and guidance to support your structural correction, strengthening, and long-term spinal health.
Our goal is to establish a clear path to optimal health by empowering you with knowledge and providing the necessary tools and support to achieve lasting results.
Initial Consultation
During the 90-minute comprehensive consultation, we perform a deep dive analysis of your spine and overall health to understand exactly where you are and how we can help. This analysis includes a complete health history, a thorough postural examination, and a full set of x-rays.
For patients with scoliosis or other postural conditions, we take corrective films to measure spinal flexibility and potential structural improvement, giving us a clear picture of how much correction can be achieved.
